I just took my first practice NBME (13) and scored ~ 230. Almost all of the questions I got wrong were things I hadn't learned yet in class. I'm wondering how I should approach the next few months. Should I just keep doing blocks of random UWorlds each day and focus on learning the new material in class? We have another required NBME that we have to take in class about a month from now. My test is in 3 months. Thanks!

230 is a great baseline score! I would continue to do random UW blocks. 3 months is plenty of time to get to 250+ or even higher from that baseline. If you find yourself hitting a score plateau, feel free to reach out again.
