How would you advise navigating around pharm? All the premade decks have so many per subject, but at the same time the drugs have so much detail to digest.

You're picking up on the fact that the pre-made decks include far more detail than is necessary for you to learn to excel on the exam. The approach that I use, and the approach that we teach our students, is to make your own Anki cards that allow to learn ONLY the information required to get questions right; this includes and is particularly useful for Pharm. If you do this, there will be an upfront investment of time to make the cards, but you will retain the information you process in this way very well (>90% retention at 2 weeks), and in the end you will save a significant amount of time, because you won't have wasted time learning facts that aren't ever tested.
