You mention that part of the tutoring is making schedules for students. What does this actually include? Could you give an example of a one-day schedule? Is this personalized to the student, or is there a general outline?
Also, I'm wondering how I should review resources like Pathoma and Sketchy. You say to make flashcards for UWorld, but what about reviewing these other resources? I'm thinking about re-watching the videos and doing flashcards for them pre-dedicated.
The schedules are hour-by-hour and day-by-day and include specific assignments. They are highly customized to each student (personal schedule, weak areas, goals, learning style, etc.), so unfortunately there is no generic template for me to share that would be helpful. If you're interested in just getting a customized schedule made and learning high-yield test taking techniques, we can certainly set you up with a single session.
For Pathoma, I think it's fine to just watch the videos and annotate the book (audio + video will lead to 50% retention at two weeks, and this is a very well-done resource). I don't think it's necessary to make flash cards based on Pathoma itself, because whatever you don't know will be revealed by the UWorld questions you get wrong (I view Pathoma as more of a pleasant way to lay a general foundation).
